Baldwin, a VA native, joined the sisterhood through the Nu Omicron chapter at Duke University in 2003.
 
Baldwin is a 2020 Visionary Donor who has served in various capacities including but not limited to President, 1st Vice President, 3rd Vice President, Undergraduate Advisor, and Eastern Regional Assistant Secretary.
 
Professionally, Baldwin is an Insurance Specialist for a Fortune 500 Company. She enjoys interior decorating, attending Zumba and hip hop classes, listening to podcasts, and traveling. She is an active member of her church and serves on the Praise Team and Gospel Choir.
