Margaret Brunson, PhD

Brunson, born and raised in North Carolina, is a leader and luminary who loves Zumba, considers brunch a verb, and finds joy in boarding airplanes! 

She is the founder of Illumined Leadership Solutions where she provides leadership and organizational development coaching & consulting and professional speaking.

Brunson was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in Spring 2001 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a BA in Psychology.  She also earned a Master of Public Administration from North Carolina Central University and Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from North Carolina A&T State University.
